The Saturday before Christmas, TRiBE hosted the TRiBE Co. x Ms. Lauryn Hill merch pop-up at our shop at 955B Gladstone Avenue, and Ms. Hill joined us. The poster said it plainly: Ottawa Pop-Up. Oh, Canada. Artist in Residence. December 20th.

Crewnecks, hoodies, and tees printed with portraits of Ms. Hill went up on the rails beside the vintage, and one crewneck took the mannequin by the window, next to the Christmas tree.

Then the door opened. Friends, families, and fans filled the shop, met Ms. Hill at the counter, and took photos together.
